Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative aspects. The location was superb, allowing me to easily walk to the beach, pier, and many places in Santa Monica, making me feel like I was in an oasis. However, I was not impressed with the noisy outdoor bar below the rooms, especially on weekends. The service, led by Mark and Garrick, exceeded my expectations, but the additional charges for parking and limited staff in the lobby lounge were drawbacks.
I had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were quiet, the onsite restaurant was good, and the warm pool area was perfect for families with a large lawn for kids to play, but the balcony overlooked a noisy nightclub with music playing late into the night.
The hotel has a prime location near the beach and various attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, though some issues with service and amenities affect the overall experience. The dining options are decent but could be improved. Parking fees are high, and some facilities need attention.
Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The rooms are gorgeous with a view of the ocean and Santa Monica Pier, and the property offers beautiful fresh large rooms with patios on the Malibu side around the pool. The on-site restaurant was good, and it was completely quiet even though on the first floor near the entrance. However, pool and beach view rooms are recommended due to noisy roads.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms are simply beautiful, fresh, and spacious with patios on the Malibu side of the property around the swimming pool, offering stunning views of the coast and beautiful sunsets. The only downside was the noise from a nightclub directly below.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious but outdated in design, and the front desk had some hiccups like running out of newspapers early on a Sunday. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, especially Mark at the front desk and Garrick, the manager. Although the location was convenient for exploring Santa Monica, the dining experience left much to be desired with overpriced and lackluster options.
